Let's have some fun and build your own small ceramic garden gnome figurine crafts. How about choosing your own colors and options. Have you ever liked a garden gnome but wish the colors were just a little different. It's quite possible that you have no interest in creating your own garden gnome and would like us to paint it. Choose from our ceramic garden gnomes to paint section. Maybe you want your garden gnome to have a red or blue hat. Maybe you don't like the color combinations that I have to offer that are already painted. Maybe you don't see any value with plastic resin massed produced garden gnomes that seem to deteriorate and the colors fade away after a year or two. Lets get started and excited about garden gnomes.
Here are your product options.
1. Pick out your favorite from our small funny gnomes
2. Choose your underglaze paint colors from the Amaco and Mayco color charts below for the following:
Under-glazes are painted on green-ware before the first firing. Three coats are painted and then fired in a kiln. These paints will not fade and are UV protected from the sun and are outstanding for both indoor and outdoor use.
3. Antique your face, hands, and hair:
Antique is done after the first firing. Paint is diluted and painted over an area and then wiped off leaving an antique look.
4. Protect your Garden Gnome with a glaze:
Give your garden gnome some character and personality that you can't find in the mass produce cheap plastic resin gnomes. Use your own creative colors for a garden gnome that would certainly bring your gardens to life and still be elegant looking inside the home such as an end table, book shelf or fire place mantel. Please give 3-5 weeks to paint.
